::How to lose weight in ten days::

Are you guys join Kin J festival ? humm… I mean the Vegetarian Festival
It’s the good chance to loose weight … 555+ (not for me)
I made Pum a promise to post this topic

On last Monday I asked Blue if she join the vegetarian festival or not … She said Yes, of course … why not ? And then we had lunch together at Faculty of Political Science’ s canteen. She said she would have chicken for this lunch !!!

Here I bring some tips to share to you guys as always 555+
How to lose weight (my secret technique for many years)… It’s work for me (always) if you really strict to do all of them within 10 days – your shape will be slender like me 555+
1. Getting start…

Find a mirror which should be body-size so you can see yourself from head to toe Take a note of your progress everyday.

2. Keep your inspiration …

Buy a slender model’s poster or beautiful gown and hang it somewhere you can see it everyday to inspire you. It can be more effective in losing weight and keep in mind that "I have to be like this model in 10 days" or "I have to be able to wear this gown in the next 10 days".

3. Exercise… 
No excuses to go to exercise anymore … Realize that everyone have equally 24 hrs a day and this is important since there is no way you can be fit and firm without doing exercise (taking medicine to lost weight is not recommended because of the side effect !!! it might be dangerous for your body in the future)
Exercise is really important as I have mentioned , it helps you to be a healthy guy and when you exercise a hormone name Endorphin will be releaseit is a good hormone which controls pleasurable feelings …( this is the reason why during your time in exercise you feel happy). There are many ways you can exercise in your daily life like taking the stair instead of using the elevator. Walking up the stair burns your calories but standing in the elevator does not !!!
The exercise time should be minimum of 30 mins at least and don't forget to warm up before you start exercise and cool down after you finish.
Tips : Doing the exercise with some music can help you to be more enjoyable
4. “You are what you eat”…

Take time for thinking before meal , I mean something like the nutrition of food you are going to have … (healthy food is great for your health) Remind yourself that sweets , desserts , soft drink , fry , snack , etc. have lots of calories (If it worth if I eat … and have more 3 kilos something like that)… Drink a glass of water before meal and another one after meal (water can reduce your hungry) At least 8 glasses per day is good for your health. And during the meal spend more time chewing food about 30-50 times per a bite (It helps your digestion system not to work hard too much). Lastly, store your house with lots of fruits and vegetable.

5. Eating habit…

No eating after 7.00 pm. No late night snack !!!
3 meals a day is enough
and especially eating during activities is the reason that people get fat
because when the movie start, you start eating the popcorn
but by the time the movie is over, all the popcorn is gone !!!
That’s it… and don’t forget to keep your intention to lose weight with you all the time.
